VINTAGE REAL PHOTOGRAPH PRINT Shabby Chic COUNTRY COTTAGE & GARDEN ANTIQUE FRAME

  
The previous owner of this beautiful display had a knack for UPGRADING a magazine cut-out of a real photograph of the exterior of a sweet country cottage and garden into a SHABBY CHIC masterpiece! The reason is the absolutely wonderful antique "frame-within-a-frame".

The image of the home and garden peeks out from the oval "inner" frame that's surrounded with ornate carving. The corner extensions that resemble arrows is a design just not seen nowadays....

I'm guessing the frame is circa 1940's or before. Some of the age seen as a bit of paint /wood chipping and veneer wear (see photographs) adds CHARM and confirmation of it's long life!! But let's not forget the photograph!

Vines flow everywhere, potted plants fill the tiered yard and old stone walls. And the wrought iron table seen at the bottom holds a lovely chafing dish used to hold decorations. A PERFECT Shabby Chic cottage accessory for your own Shabby chic cottage or "She Shed"!
